Our Hotel Policy

Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/ their representative travel agent or tour operator at our Office only. All the Rates mentioned are valid for Indian Nationals Only. Tariff for Foreign Nationals/ NRIS are on request. The Applicable Tariff, packages are subject to change without prior intimation. Taxes as per Government notification.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cost or a mattress as an extra bed.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, snacks ). These will be charged at the time of check-out.

In case of non-availability of the rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, The Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation. All jurisdictions are subject to Rudraprayag District only. Confirmation is subject to force majeure clause

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • 25% if cancelled fifteen days days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled ten days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
In case of any cancellation the service tax of 12.36% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities
  • Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled anytime between 3 months and 31 days prior to the date.
  • 100% of the advance will be retained if cancelled 1 month prior to the date.
Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.

Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
